The answer

A Muslim is encouraged to supplicate and ask Allah Almighty for all that benefits him in his religion and worldly life, including material and spiritual strength, such as strength of faith and creed, and strength of body and will. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than a weak believer, and there is good in both. Strive for that which benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not lose heart."

As for supplicating for increased height, it contains a type of transgression in supplication, which is forbidden by Islamic law, because Allah Almighty has established the affairs of creation upon fixed cosmic laws. Therefore, one should not ask Allah for that which contradicts these laws.
