If you were aware of what you were saying when you took your oath, then an expiation for breaking an oath becomes obligatory upon you if you give the child sweets and pocket money before the end of the month. This expiation is feeding ten needy persons or clothing them. However, if your anger was so intense that you were not aware of what you were saying, then your oath is not binding, and no expiation is due from you.
