Are the information and topic, which discuss the benefits of reciting Surat Ya-Sin, and the hadiths mentioned therein, such as "Ya-Sin is the heart of the Qur'an" and "Recite it over your deceased," and what was mentioned by scholars that it is not recited during a difficult matter except that Allah eases it, in addition to some supplications appended to the Qur'anic verses, authentic?

The first hadith (definition) is fabricated and baseless. The second hadith was graded weak by Al-Albani. The third hadith was graded weak by more than one hadith Imam. Many scholars have recommended reading Surat Ya-Sin for a dying person (muhtadar) so that mercy may descend and the soul's departure be eased. It was also said that among its unique properties is that it is not recited in the face of a difficult matter except that Allah eases it. As for the mentioned supplications, they have no basis in the Sunnah (definition) collections, and one should avoid them, sufficing with the authentic, transmitted formulas for sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. The meanings contained in those supplications are acceptable, and it is recommended to refer to Al-Adhkar by Al-Nawawi and Husn al-Muslim for authentic supplications.
