Is it permissible for a suitor, after the dissolution of an engagement and his return to the same fiancée, to see her with the usual legitimate glance?

It is permissible to look at one's fiancée only out of necessity. So, if the suitor looks at her once and she pleases him or does not please him, it is not permissible for him to repeatedly look at her because she is a stranger to him, unless he fears that something new may have occurred to her that would change his desire, in which case it is legislated for him to look at her again.
