Does performing Tarawih prayer in congregation at home earn the reward mentioned in the hadith: "Whoever prays with the Imam until he departs, it will be recorded for him as spending the night in prayer (qiyam al-layl)"? And are women who pray Tarawih in congregation at home, with the intention of performing qiyam later in the night, deprived of the reward of spending the night in prayer if they do not pray Witr? And does congregational prayer for women at home, with one of them leading, earn them the reward of spending the night in prayer?

It is sunnah (definition) to pray Qiyam (definition) al-Layl (night prayer) in congregation, and it is even more emphasized during Ramadan (definition). One who prays with the Imam until he finishes will attain the reward of praying the entire night. If a person cannot pray in congregation at the mosque due to studies, it is permissible for him to pray in congregation after completing his studies. And for one who prays Tarawih with the Imam, it is preferable to complete the Witr prayer with him. However, if he wishes to pray later, he should not repeat Witr. It is permissible for one who prays Witr with the Imam to add one rak'ah after the Imam says the taslim (definition) (salutation of peace) in order to make his Witr prayer at the end of the night.
