You bear no sin for the foreplay you engaged in while asleep, for the pen is lifted from the sleeper. However, if you continued fondling after waking up, then you are sinful for what you did, and you must make up for it along with repentance if semen was discharged without intercourse. As for your wife, she bears no sin as long as she did not consent and pushed you away.
