The answer

If the word "Bye" is written with the intention of divorce, then divorce occurs; but without intention, it does not. Writing explicit divorce without uttering it carries the ruling of a kinaya (allusion). If the word "طلاق" (divorce) is written in an indefinite form and not attributed to the wife, divorce does not occur without intention, whether it is written or uttered.
