Is it obligatory to ensure that one's awrah is covered before prayer, or does doubt not necessitate that?

If you are afflicted with obsessive doubts (waswasah), you must ignore them and pay no attention to them. When praying, cover your entire body except for your face and hands, and do not pay attention to the doubts that come to you afterward, for they are from the whispers of Satan.
