Is a wife considered divorced after uttering apostasy for the third time, knowing that the previous two divorces were in writing via WhatsApp with the intention of divorce?

If the wife apostatized and then repented before her 'iddah expired, she would be considered irrevocably divorced with three pronouncements (talaq bainunah kubra). However, if the husband did not intend to make the divorce conditional upon apostasy, but rather intended to threaten her, some scholars may rule that the divorce did not occur, and that an expiation for breaking an oath is required. Some scholars also do not validate a divorce pronounced in a state of extreme anger. Therefore, it is advisable to present the matter to scholars renowned for their jurisprudential knowledge and piety.
