"Inciting a man against his married wife is a grave sin. If a husband engages in such behavior, he is impious and corrupt in character. However, it is not permissible for the wife to refuse intimacy with him unless there is a valid excuse. It is her duty to forbid him from this evil, and to strive for his reform and repentance. If this proves ineffective, then she has the right to seek a divorce."
