There is no sin upon your mother for entering the bathroom without covering her head, as there is no evidence to prohibit that. However, it is recommended for a person to cover their head when relieving themselves, out of modesty or to prevent odors from clinging to the hair. If she covers her head with this intention, she will be rewarded.
