Why is the child not attributed to the father if the girl was raped or committed adultery and gave birth, even though the son carries his father's genes and came about due to sexual intercourse, or is it because the girl accepted the implantation of adultery in her womb?

Adultery is one of the most heinous sins, and a woman's pregnancy resulting from it is not attributed to the adulterer. The majority of scholars hold that a child born of adultery is not attributed to the adulterer, because adultery is a forbidden cause, and a cause not sanctioned by Islamic law is considered non-existent, thus its effects do not follow. Furthermore, lineage is intended to signify honor, which is not realized in adultery.
