What is the ruling on having multiple intentions when drinking Zamzam water with the intention of healing from more than one illness? And does it cure all diseases and ailments, with Allah's permission? And can it be drunk with the intention of fulfilling wishes?

What has been authentically reported about Zamzam is that its water is for whatever purpose it is drunk. So, whoever drinks it for a religious or worldly purpose, or for several purposes, it is hoped that these will be achieved, by Allah Almighty's permission.
