What is the share of the wife and two daughters from the inheritance of the deceased husband who did not leave a male child, and who shares the inheritance with them, and how is it distributed?

If a man leaves behind a wife and two daughters, his wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the presence of a lineal descendant (inheriting offspring), and his two daughters receive two-thirds (2/3) due to their plurality. What remains after the shares of the wife and daughters goes to the closest male agnate ( عصبه - asabah), such as brothers, their sons, paternal uncles, or their sons, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male." It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the inheritors' rights.
