However, a Hadith with a similar meaning was narrated by Al-Tabarani in Al-Kabeer, stating: "Indeed, Allah عز وجل says to the angels: 'Go to My servant and pour affliction upon him.' So he praises Allah, and they return. They say: 'Our Lord, we poured affliction upon him as You commanded.' He says: 'Return, for I love to hear his voice.'" Al-Albani described it as very weak.
