What is the share of each heir from the mentioned inheritance, knowing that the heirs are: 4 sons, 1 daughter, 2 wives, 1 full sister, and 2 full brothers' sons?

If the heirs are limited to the two wives, the sons, and the daughter only, then the two wives receive one-eighth, divided equally between them, due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the four sons and the daughter by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The full sister and the two sons of the full brother receive nothing, as they are completely excluded by the presence of the son.

Accordingly, the inheritance is divided into 144 shares: The two wives receive 18 shares, nine for each. Each son receives 28 shares. The daughter receives 14 shares.
