Are the lustful thoughts that occur against one's will toward family, the Prophet, the Companions, and the Lord of the Worlds, and lust toward the Mus'haf, in addition to obsessive-compulsive disorder and masturbation, signs of disbelief?

The questioner is advised to seek refuge in Allah from evil thoughts and whisperings, by diverting their mind from them and by frequently remembering Allah. They must also stop the forbidden act of masturbation, which may be a cause of their condition. They are also advised to persevere in supplication and humble entreaty, and to consult a trustworthy psychiatrist.
