Is the statement that vocalizing the "Ameen" after Al-Fatiha is weak and it is better to say it silently correct?

The narrations of the Prophet (peace be upon him) indicate the Sunnah of vocalizing the "Ameen" for both the Imam and the congregants in audible prayers. This is due to the forgiveness of sins that results for whoever's "Ameen" coincides with that of the angels. Some scholars held the view that it is preferable to say it silently, but the correct view is to vocalize it.

However, if vocalizing the "Ameen" leads to harm or conflict, such as praying with people who do not consider vocalizing it to be a Sunnah, then it is preferable to refrain from it in order to reconcile hearts and avoid stirring discord. Abandoning a recommended act is permissible if it leads to a greater benefit.
