Are thoughts and notions, which are not considered material beings, included in Allah’s saying: (Allah is the Creator of all things) and (And Allah created you and what you do)?

What you mentioned has no basis. For everything that originates from the created being and everything that befalls him—including his thoughts and ideas—is created by Allah, Glory be to Him. And all the actions and attributes of the servants are created. The created, originated servant cannot possess an eternal, uncreated attribute.
