Sincere repentance erases all sins, even fornication. It is not permissible to perform hymen reconstruction surgery except out of extreme necessity, such as fear for one's life from murder or severe harm. It is not obligatory to inform the suitor about past transgressions, and if he asks about the reason for the loss of virginity, one can use dissimulation (tawriyah) by stating that it has multiple causes.
