Is the Hadith, "Indeed, Allah is good and loves goodness; He is pure and loves purity," authentic, and are there other Hadiths that encourage cleanliness?

The aforementioned Hadith, "Indeed, Allah is clean and loves cleanliness," is very weak because its chain of narration includes Khalid ibn Ilyas, who is abandoned in Hadith. Many scholars have deemed it weak.

There are other narrations of this Hadith, but they are corrupted, weak, and denounced.

However, many authentic Hadiths have been reported encouraging cleanliness and purity, among them: that purification is half of faith, and the encouragement to perform ghusl for Friday prayers and the two Eids, the use of siwak, cleaning clothes, building and perfuming mosques, and cleaning courtyards of homes. The matter was not limited to personal hygiene, mosques, and homes; it also included cleaning roads.
