Please, could I have verses from the Qur’an that encourage cleanliness?
Allah Almighty commanded the purification of clothes and bodies from impurities such as urine and feces. He said: "And your garments purify," and "Therein are men who love to purify themselves; and Allah loves those who purify themselves." He also commanded purification from ritual impurity, saying: "O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves." Linguistically, purity means cleanliness, and its Shar'i (Islamic legal) meaning leads to the linguistic meaning.
