Is it possible to mention evidence from the Qur'an and Sunnah regarding the ruling on cleanliness?

Islam has taken great care of the Muslim's cleanliness and purity, both outwardly and inwardly. No religion has paid as much attention to cleanliness as Islam. Allah Almighty mentioned this in His Book. The first chapters of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) begin with the Book of Purification, which includes rulings on ablution (Wudu) and ritual bathing (Ghusl), the obligation to avoid impurities and to purify the body, clothes, and place, and the Sunnahs of Fitra (innate practices). The Shariah has strictly prohibited relieving oneself in public roads and places and has made it obligatory to avoid sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman or a woman in postpartum bleeding.
