Is one who works in a shop, whose owner changes the television channel to music after the worker had set it to sports, committing a sin, despite the worker advising him and him refusing to change the channel? And is the worker committing a sin for delaying prayer due to work pressure in this shop?

You must continue to advise your employer and the young people who frequent the shop with kindness, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Religion is sincere advice." It is not permissible for you to delay prayer beyond its prescribed time due to work busyness, because Allah Almighty said: {Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a book [due at] fixed times.} If you are unable to perform the prayer on time or are forced to listen to forbidden music, then you must look for another job free from evil, unless there is a pressing necessity to continue. In this case, you must disapprove in your heart.
