How accurate is it to identify the nations mentioned in the hadith, "They will come to you under eighty banners, and under each banner will be twelve thousand," as America, Israel, and their allies? And are they the Banu al-Asfar (Children of the Yellow, i.e., East Asians) or the Romans?

The term "Banu al-Asfar" (Children of the Yellow) in Arab parlance during the era of the Prophet referred to the Romans (Byzantines), who were the Christians of Europe and ruled most of the continent. The Romans comprised a mixed group of Greeks, Slavs, and Romans. They were given this name due to their yellowish complexion. It is not possible to identify specific countries currently, as systems and nations change, and the knowledge of when events will occur is exclusively with Allah Almighty.
