What is the ruling on the imam reciting two Hizbs of the Noble Quran starting from the 'Isha prayer and then continuing the recitation in the Tarawih prayer in congregation to make it easier for people, given that this method has become a common practice in most of the city's mosques?

If the Imam recites part of the two hizbs designated for Tarawih prayer during the Isha prayer, the fundamental ruling is that this is permissible, unless it is believed that this method is a Sunnah (definition) specifically required by religious law and possesses special merit. Otherwise, it would become an added innovation (bid’ah idafiyyah). Those who believe it to be a Sunnah should be advised that it is an innovation for which there is no evidence.
