It is not permissible for a woman, whether married or unmarried, to use cosmetics on her skin when she leaves her house if they are visible to non- men, even if the amount is small. However, if she covers the adornment when she leaves, there is no harm. It is permissible for her to use pure creams as long as they are not harmful or forbidden by Islamic law.
