What is the ruling on a woman adorning herself with cosmetic products outside her home for men other than her husband? And does the ruling differ if the adornment is partial or for covering skin problems like acne?

It is not permissible for a woman, whether married or unmarried, to use cosmetics on her skin when she leaves her house if they are visible to non-mahram men, even if the amount is small. However, if she covers the adornment when she leaves, there is no harm. It is permissible for her to use pure creams as long as they are not harmful or forbidden by Islamic law.
