What is the ruling on listening to music cassettes when Islamic cassettes are unavailable due to the lack of an alternative?

This person who mixes good deeds with bad will be rewarded for the good and deserves punishment for the forbidden. His matter is with Allah if he dies without repenting, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And [there are] others who have acknowledged their sins, having mixed a righteous deed with another that was bad. Perhaps Allah will turn to them in forgiveness." The ease with which he commits sins indicates the weakness of his deterrence and the inability of faith to firmly establish itself in his heart. He must cut off the path of sin by staying away from it, associating with righteous people, and avoiding bad company.
