If a woman is divorced by agreement between her and her husband due to frequent problems, and her family and husband reject her for not taking responsibility as a wife and mother of four children, and she does not respond to her husband's attempts to reform her, does the sin fall upon her family, her husband, or her?

A woman is not permitted to seek a divorce without harm (or without a valid reason), for doing so deprives her of the scent of Paradise. The Lawgiver has guided husbands to be patient with their wives' mistakes and to treat them with kindness. Divorce leads to the disintegration of the family and the loss of offspring, and it should not be the first solution to marital problems. The wife should return to her senses and raise her children under their father's care, and accept reconciliation from her husband, as it is better. If reconciliation is not possible, she should accept the provision of a home for her and her children, as custody is obligatory for her if the child needs her protection to safeguard their rights to care and upbringing, and she is responsible for them before Allah.
