Do repeated failure and wrong decisions in worldly matters displease Allah and His Messenger with a person?

If failure is due to reasons beyond one's control, then one is not to be blamed for it. Success and failure are by Allah's decree, and Allah Almighty has ordained measures for causes. However, if failure is due to negligence and carelessness, then it is blameworthy. A servant should adopt the means of success, seeking help from his Lord, and then be content with what Allah has decreed. Failure is not necessarily a sign of Allah's displeasure, just as success is not a sign of His love. Failure should be a motivation for diligence and rising up, as many successful people have experienced failure.
