Is it permissible for me to take my share of the rent from a shop I inherited, after learning that the tenant is using it to run a café and shisha lounge, knowing that my siblings and mother do not object, and we cannot evict the tenant except by purchasing the business goodwill?

If a shop is rented for a permissible use and then the tenant introduces the sale of forbidden shisha, the sin is on him alone, and nothing accrues to the landlord. The lease contract remains valid. The landlord must prevent him from selling shisha to the best of his ability, and if he is unable, he should refer the matter to the ruler to stop him or evict him from the shop.
