Must I make up the three prayers I performed after seeing a white discharge, believing it to be a sign of purity, which was then followed by yellowishness, brownishness, and blood? And upon seeing purity on the fourth day, is it obligatory not to perform ghusl and to wait until complete purity on the fifth day or later, due to the return of yellowishness, brownishness, and blood after a few hours?

If a woman sees a yellowish discharge after prayer, and it is probable that it exited after prayer, then her prayers are valid and she does not have to make them up. She must perform ghusl immediately upon seeing purity. If she then sees a yellowish discharge after that, outside of her regular period and not connected to blood, it is not considered menstruation. However, if she sees blood during a time when menstruation is possible, then she reverts to being in menses, and she must perform ghusl again after the bleeding stops.
