ما هو المعنى اللغوي وأصل كلمة "الله"؟

These are false ideas and slanders aimed at shaking the faith of Muslims. Allah Almighty says: "They want to extinguish the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah will perfect His light, even if the disbelievers dislike it." The word (Allah) is derived from "alifa ya'lahu" meaning minds are bewildered by His greatness, or they resort to Him because He is the one to whom refuge is sought. Ibn Taymiyyah said: The Ilah (God) is what hearts adore with love and veneration. As for the polytheists, they used to refer to their false deities as (ilah) and not (Allah). And Christians alter their sacred book with distortion and add whatever they wish.
