What is the ruling on a group of workers praying in two separate congregations in two different places in the warehouse, knowing that the reason for this is laziness?

First, advise the aforementioned group to establish the prayer as one congregation, due to the unity and affection that results from it and the rejection of division. The prayer of the two congregations is valid, despite their engaging in what is not proper. Al-Hattab mentioned in Mawahib al-Jalil: "If two congregations pray with two imams in one mosque, they have done wrong, but their prayer is valid."
