What is meant by "human intervention" in the fatwa that permits the use of medicines or exercises without such intervention, for the purpose of lengthening, enlarging, and strengthening the performance of the male reproductive organ, and what are the names of these medicines and exercises?

It was previously stated in Fatwa (definition) No. 15546 that for someone who complains about the small size of his organ to an extent that affects his marital relations with his wife, there is no harm in using exercise, provided certain conditions are met, including not exposing the awrah (private parts) or having them touched by someone unlawful to do so. As for medications and exercises for this purpose, specialists should be consulted.
