The noble Hadith, "The child is for the bed, and for the fornicator is the stone," means that the child is attributed to the owner of the bed (the husband), and "for the fornicator is the stone" means disappointment for the adulterer and no right to the child, and not stoning with stones, because stoning is only for the married person.

As for inseminating a woman with the sperm of a non-husband, it is a reprehensible crime in the meaning of adultery, even if it does not necessitate its prescribed punishment, and the child is not attributed to the owner of the sperm. This process is considered a violation of ethics and necessitates a discretionary punishment.
