Is the prayer valid if one performs tayammum with a small amount of dust from the car's dust, due to the absence of water?

If a person is overtaken by prayer in a place where they cannot find water for purification, they should strive to find water. If they do not find it, they should perform tayammum and pray.

If they have striven to find water but did not find it, and prayed with tayammum, their prayer is valid. However, if they did not strive to find it, they must repeat the prayer.

If tayammum is permissible for a person, they may perform tayammum with the dust adhering to a car or similar object, even if it is a small amount. However, if there is no adhering dust, wiping the surface of the car is not sufficient for tayammum.
