What is the ruling on a message that includes a dialogue between God and man, ending with the angels saying, "Our Lord, do You not want to be angry with him?" and God replying, "My servant has no one but Me; perhaps he has repented"?

This message is a heinous lie; for attributing words to Allah that He did not utter, and this is a fabrication against Him. Allah has warned against speaking about Him without knowledge, and He has made fabricating lies against Him and denying His verses synonymous. Therefore, it is obligatory to beware of this, and the Holy Quran contains what is sufficient and renders such speech unnecessary.
