What is the appropriate time for the "Ishraq" prayer and the "Duha" prayer?

Ishraq prayer is the Duha prayer performed at the beginning of its time. Its time extends from the sun's rise to the height of a spear until just before the time for the Dhuhr prayer. The best time for it is when the young camels feel the heat of the ground, meaning when the sun's heat intensifies.
