It is most befitting for a woman to remain in her home. However, if she needs to work, she should pursue what is compatible with her nature and femininity. Electrical engineering is not physically suitable for a woman, and it involves mixing with men. Therefore, it is more appropriate to leave this work and seek another. Whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. If you cannot find any other work and you are in need of it, then remain in it while taking precautions to avoid temptation and seclusion with non- men. It is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram.
