Is it a sin for a girl to insist on reclaiming her money from a young man in financial hardship? Is it permissible to donate this money to the deceased father of the debtor, and is the debtor required to be informed of this?

A Muslim woman is not permitted to be alone with a non-mahram man (a man she could lawfully marry), nor touch him. She must not reveal to him what the Sacred Law prohibits uncovering of her body, nor speak to him in a soft, submissive tone, nor joke with him. Rather, she should only speak to him out of necessity and to the extent of that necessity, while adhering to Islamic etiquette. The debtor must repay the loan when its due date arrives and he is able to do so; otherwise, the creditor must grant him a reprieve until he becomes solvent. The woman bears no sin in demanding her right, and she is not obliged to make the aforementioned donation. She must sever her relationship with this young man.
