Is it permissible for a husband to ask his wife to show him her 'awrah via the internet while she is in another country?

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Salih al-Uthaymeen permitted spouses to talk about sex and arouse each other over the phone, even to the point of ejaculation, as long as the hand is not used. An exception to the prohibition of using the hand is if one fears falling into unlawful sexual intercourse (zina).

It is important to note the danger of eavesdropping on these conversations online, and that it may lead to committing forbidden acts like masturbation. Therefore, it is more cautious to avoid them.
