Your statement to your wife: "O Shaykhah, go, you are forbidden to me," contains two phrases: "go" (روحي), which is a metaphor for divorce, so if you intended divorce, it occurs; and "you are forbidden to me" (تحرمي علي), the ruling of which depends on the speaker's intention. If he intended divorce, it is a divorce. If he intended ẓihār, it is ẓihār. If he intended an oath, it is an oath. If you intended an oath, you must offer expiation for an oath.
