Is it considered disbelief for a person afflicted by magic to unconsciously choose the worship of jinn—Allah forbid—while being coerced, without uttering this choice, and without practicing any form of worship to them? And how can one avoid their evil?

A person who is under the influence of magic is not held accountable for what emanates from him if the magic has deprived him of his intellect, making him say and do things he does not intend. This is because, in this state, he is like an insane person, who is not held accountable.
