Is it permissible to attend the Egg Feast (the feast of Yusuf, peace be upon him)?

It is not permissible to celebrate what is called Easter (عيد البيض) or the Feast of Joseph (عيد يوسف) or any other innovated holidays. Attending celebrations of these is considered attending a reprehensible act (munkar). It is not permissible for a Muslim to adopt any holidays other than those prescribed by Islamic law, which are Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
