Is it permissible for a government employee with 4 years of service to receive a residential plot of land as a gift from the mayor, knowing that the distribution of government lands requires 10 years of service and the approval of the prime minister?

It is not permissible to claim or accept land from the mayor if its acquisition violates the established regulations that consider the interests of Muslims. This is because it constitutes unjustly consuming public funds, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, there are men who delve into the property of Allah without right, and for them is the Fire on the Day of Resurrection."
