We advise you to turn away from intrusive thoughts and from searching the Internet and the articles of atheists. Occupy yourself with raising your children and seeking knowledge. Avoid idleness and solitude, and seek out righteous company. If you fear an increase in intrusive thoughts, do not delve into matters of doctrinal dispute between the Salafis and the Ash'aris. Instead, recite the Quran frequently and read books of encouragement, discouragement, and heart-softeners. Be diligent in increasing your faith by pondering the Quran and reflecting on Allah's cosmic signs. The Ash'aris are a group attributed to Imam Abu al-Hasan al-Ash'ari. In his final stage, al-Ash'ari concurred with Ahlus-Sunnah, so whoever followed him in that agreed with Ahlus-Sunnah in most of their tenets. For psychological treatment, consult the medical and psychological counseling section.
