Is the salary received from working in filler injections, which is part of the cosmetic doctor's duties but not all of them, considered unlawful money? What is the legality of this money regarding charity, Umrah, and Hajj performed with it, and would it become entirely unlawful upon retiring from the profession?

It is permissible to inject fillers to remove a defect or treat an illness, but it is not permissible for the purpose of seeking beauty or enhancing it. If it is lawful, the female doctor may perform it and her fee is permissible for her. If it is forbidden, it is forbidden for her, and her fee is not permissible for her, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, when Allah forbids something, He forbids its price." So, every forbidden thing, taking compensation for it is forbidden. If the female doctor knows that half of those who receive injections do not need them, then she must dispose of the fee for this half by spending it on the poor and needy or on charitable causes. However, if she performed this work out of ignorance of the ruling, she is not required to dispose of her money.
