Is money earned from registering as a pharmacist manager for a pharmacy where no pharmacist is present all the time, and where an assistant dispenses medication, halal? And does the pharmacist bear sin if the pharmacy sells cosmetics, and she is not responsible for that?

The salary a pharmacist receives for registering a pharmacy in his name without actually working there is not permissible for him. If he does work, he is only entitled to the wage for his labor. Any amount beyond that, received for merely registering, is not permissible for him. As for selling cosmetics and similar items that can be used for both permissible and impermissible purposes, there is no objection to it, nor to profiting from it.
