It is obligatory to adhere to pharmaceutical laws and regulations that do not contradict Islamic law and serve the public interest, such as preventing non-specialists from practicing the profession, because preserving life is an objective of Islamic law. It is impermissible for a pharmacist to receive a salary for registering a pharmacy in their name without work or effort. Dispensing medication incorrectly by an unqualified person incurs sin and liability. The Permanent Committee has issued a fatwa stating that it is impermissible to agree to register a pharmacy in another pharmacist's name for money, due to the deception and fraud involved, and that money obtained through such means is unlawful and must be spent on charitable causes.
